VIDEO: "We are here for you:" A message from the Jamaica Tourist Board's Angella Bennett

"We are in this together, " says Angella Bennett, regional director for Canada at the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB). "Our industry has demonstrated strength and resilience time and time again. I am confident we will get through this together and come back stronger." 

In a new video released exclusively to PAX, Bennett addresses Canada's travel trade community, reaffirming the JTB's support during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

"We are here for you," Bennett says in the video. 

The release coincides with a separate video recently released by the JTB for the market at large. 

"To slow the spread of this unprecedented and challenging health pandemic, we urge you near and far, to observe the many calls for social distancing. We are doing the same, and look forward to when next we meet again. Even though we’re many beating hearts, in times like these, our hearts beat as one," reads the video's description on the JTB's YouTube channel.
