The Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Association’s premier trade event is back.

Presented in association with the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB), the 29th annual Jamaican Product Exchange (JAPEX) kicks off today (Sept. 9) in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This year, the two-day conference, which runs from Sept. 9 to Sept. 11 at the Montego Bay Convention Centre, is expected to welcome supplier and buyer delegates and travel agents from the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Europe.

An official welcome reception will be held this evening at the convention centre, followed by two days of networking through workshops and meetings on the tradeshow floor. Workshops are open to both buyers and suppliers, and travel agents can also explore the tradeshow floor.

Wholesalers, tour operators and travel agents can meet face to face with close to 200 of Jamaica's leading tourism suppliers to conduct business negotiations.

PAX will be in Jamaica all week! Remember to check back on Twitter and Facebook for more updates, including behind-the-scenes coverage.
