TTC Tour Brands has announced new MAKE TRAVEL MATTER Experiences for 2024, focused on culinary and adventure travel across Canada and the United States.
One of those experiences is an itinerary from Insight Vacations.
It includes visits to Montana’s Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, and a trip to Monument Valley with a local Navajo/Diné guide to Mystery Valley, where travellers will see the Anasazi Ruins and learn more about Navajo/Diné culture and traditions.
There are also stops in Hawaii and the Rockies and glaciers of Alberta.
Trafalgar has new itineraries as well, including trips to California, Nevada and Arizona, Canada’s Rockies, and an Autumn Colours tour, which visits farms and teaches travellers about regenerative and sustainable agricultural methods and the importance of seasonality in food production.
“We’re thrilled to be able to provide more experiences for our guests that work to protect the planet, its people and wildlife,” says Melissa DaSilva, president of TTC Tour Brands, North America.
“Our MAKE TRAVEL MATTER Experiences dive deeper into a destination and its community through first-hand interactions with Indigenous peoples, workshops on repairing local ecosystems and tours that support local businesses, all of which ensure travellers return home with a new perspective. With these new experiences, advisors can demonstrate to their clients the ways in which TTC Tour Brands is constantly updating their itineraries to meet guests’ needs and interests.”
Luxury Gold will also have a new itinerary to the Rockies for 2024, where guests will dine at Salmon N’ Bannock, the only Indigenous-owned and operated restaurant in Vancouver.
Travellers on this itinerary will stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park.
Costsaver’s itineraries will take travellers to Farmstead Cider in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, for a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER Experience that works to protect the bears and wildlife.
They can also choose to head to Ottawa and speed down a 1400-foot zipline between Quebec and Ontario for 360 views of the city’s landmarks and landscapes.
