Kensington Tours says the travel experiences they’ve operated over the past 12 months have earned a 100% Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a “gold standard in customer experience metrics.”

The Net Promoter Score is a recognized tool that measures client satisfaction, and through a year of constantly fluctuating travel realities, Kensington’s clients have awarded them a perfect score, the company says.

Kensington has been able to service U.S. passport holders in various destinations throughout the pandemic while operating tours in places such as Hawaii, Alaska, Egypt, Galapagos and Kenya.

“These outstanding NPS scores reflect the fact that our clients feel exceptionally confident and well taken care of when they travel with Kensington Tours,” said Helen Giontsis, president of Kensington Tours, in a release. “We’re delighted to see that our clients truly appreciate the care, expertise and diligence that Kensington Tours has always brought to creating their private-guided travel experiences, especially over the past year.”

PCR testing managed in destination

Kensington Tours offers clients tailor-made, private-guided trips in over 100 countries around the world.

Travellers can customize all facets of their trip, including flexible departure and return dates.

With enhanced flexibility, the company’s private-guided journeys allow local guides to keep travellers away from crowds, provide exclusive one-to-one service, and ensure all aspects of the trip are delivered with clients’ safety, comfort, and preferred pace in mind.

Kensington Tours recently announced a PCR testing initiative, in which they will manage in-destination COVID-19 testing for all clients in order to help them meet government requirements for a negative test before returning to the United States or Canada.

This comes in addition to Safe Travel Certified protocols the company has implemented for maintaining the health and safety of both their clients and local teams.

Both follow on the heels of the extension of the company’s Risk-Free Booking Guarantee – now clients who book travel before May 31, 2021 have the flexibility of knowing that, for any reason, they may postpone their trip or cancel it for a 100% future travel credit for travel in 2021.

Their travel investment is always fully protected, including airfare.
