Patrick Doyle has joined Flight Claim as the company’s new chief commercial officer
Combining more than 20 years of experience in the travel management and corporate payments industries, Doyle will lead business strategy and play a vital role in the growth and success of the company, which helps air passengers who have suffered from a flight delay, cancellation, overbooking or have been denied boarding.
Doyle, who is based in the Greater Toronto Area, was previously vice-president and general manager for Canada at American Express Global Business Travel.
Under his management, American Express Global Business Travel became a leading management company in Canada, serving more than 500 client relationships in various business sectors.
He is also active in many industry and voluntary organizations, including the GBTA Canada Advisory Committee.
He’s a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA), a member of the National Advisory Board of Hope Air, the Canadian Travel and Tourism Roundtable and the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
