Frank Maduro has been named president of Premier Worldwide Marketing, which is the sales and marketing provider for Karisma Hotels & Resorts.
In his new role, Maduro will be focused on growing the company’s global footprint, expanding its resort portfolio into new destinations, and bringing brands to life through groundbreaking sales and marketing strategies.
Maduro brings more than 25 years of seasoned expertise and leadership in the industry to the company, helping to continue delivering a world-class guest experience across Karisma Hotels & Resorts’ brand portfolio including Azul Beach Resorts, El Dorado Spa Resorts, Margaritaville Island Reserve Resorts, Margaritaville St. Somewhere by Karisma, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, Generation Resorts, Karisma Villas, Hidden Beach Au Naturel Resort, and Palafitos Overwater Bungalows.
"As president, he will help accelerate the portfolio as the company prepares to broaden Karisma's footprint throughout the Caribbean and beyond, as well as embark on new and innovative partnerships," said Premier Worldwide Marketing.
He will also be a conduit for all expansions and ownership relations, while ensuring profitability is at maximum potential in this new post-pandemic era.

Maduro joins Premier Worldwide Marketing after a 12-year tenure at AIC Hotel Group as vice-president of marketing, where he was an integral part of the company’s growth and its collection of brands throughout the Caribbean and Mexico including the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels, Nobu Hotels, Eden Roc Miami Beach and UNICO 20˚87˚ Hotel Riviera Maya.
Prior to that, he was part of the executive team leading national sales for Sandals and Beaches Resorts.
