Ultimate Jet Vacations (UJV), a concierge-style service that helps travel advisors help their discerning clients get the most out of in-demand destinations, is welcoming Josie Cucuzzella to the Canadian team as a Luxury Travel Agent.
Cucuzzella, who will be ready to start receiving quote requests on July 11, has worked in the travel industry since 2004 and has tackled everything from corporate travel to group travel to destination weddings to family vacations to most destinations worldwide.
Previously, she worked as a bilingual advisor at Direct Travel where she took care of VIP accounts.
“I really enjoyed putting together out of the box bucket list vacations, and luxury travel quickly became my passion and my niche,” Cucuzzella said in a statement. “My new role with Ultimate Jet Vacations feels tailor made for me, and I am very excited to work with the Canadian travel agents!”

UJV’s personalized services and knowledgeable UJV travel advisors are “what keep customers coming back time after time,” the company says.
While working with UJV, travel advisors have a team working with them every step of the way, as well as access to valuable tools.

Additionally, when an agent makes a reservation through UJV, they will get credit and recognition for their work.

UJV has a commission and rewards program to incentivize travel agents who book, as well as resources to help agents with sales and marketing to help agencies meet their goals.
Agents receive a dedicated, well-travelled UJV Advisor who becomes the "travel agent's travel agent” from start to finish.
“Our agents put you first,” the company says. “We will research and manage your reservations but offer white-label documents that you can pass to your clients with your branding, logo, and contact information.”
“Additionally, we have a consortia pass where we pass all amenities to the client.”
Finally, UJV emails the hotel before arrival to check on upgrades and follows up after arrival to make sure clients are happy and settled in at their destination.
UJV has several departments that cater to special requests.
For example: their Air Department and Private Air Commission have access to competitive commercial airfares and top private jets worldwide.

It currently has more than 400 partners across the world and recently added 92 new partners from 15 different countries.

- South Pacific
- United States
The list includes a mix of some of the most popular five-star global chains and luxurious independently-owned hotels and resorts.
“We have partnerships in every corner of the planet, so no matter where your client wants to go, we have it covered,” the company says.
Recently, UJV added many new names to its list.
In Asia, there are new properties in Indonesia and Malaysia.
The Canadian list now includes a new location in British Columbia.
The Caribbean has six new hotel partners in the British Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, St. Barthelemy, and Turks and Caicos.
Greece, Italy and Africa are the areas where UJV has expanded the most.
It has 42 new hotels and resorts across Greece, 47 new hotels across Italy and more than 100 new hotels across South and East Africa.
In the Indian Ocean and the Middle East, it added eight new locations in the Maldives.
Mexico also expanded by eight partners, with additional destinations in Los Cabos, the Pacific Coast, and the Yucatan Peninsula.
As well, UJV added six new partnerships in the South Pacific in Fiji and French Polynesia.
Finally, the United States has 18 new partnerships in Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Rhode Island, Utah, and Virginia.
As an additional incentive, UJV offers a standard 15 per cent commission on all bookings.
“If you need your commission earlier, we can accommodate that. We can pay you an optional early commission once there is a fully prepaid,” UJV says.
Sales & marketing
UJV also offers sales and marketing tools such as Marketing Vault and Branch Up.
Marketing Vault: This database gives agents all the resources they need to promote the hotel portfolio, from social media posts and images to white label emails and more.
“Our Marketing Vault saves you time and energy because you'll have everything you need for your outreach all in one place,” the company says.
BranchUp: This tool enhances one’s Facebook page by providing ready-made content. As a result, travel agents don't have to worry about planning posts for their page and can focus on their clients instead.
“Branch Up makes it much easier to share content and hit the ground running,” says UJV.
