PAX at the forefront of COVID-19 coverage

PAX at the forefront of COVID-19 coverage

Since the first case was identified in Wuhan, China in December, the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has grown to nearly 98,000 cases worldwide.

The majority of outbreaks are in mainland China, followed by South Korea, Iran, and Italy, whose confirmed cases are in the thousands. Here in Canada, a total of 37 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed as of Thursday (March 5) in British Columbia and Ontario, with a presumptive case in Quebec.

Over the course of the last two months, PAX has actively pursued any and all developments pertaining to COVID-19.

From speaking directly with travel agents who sell affected destinations, to reporting on airline route and schedule cruises, cruise ship cancellations and boarding policies, and tour operator recommendations for safe travel, our team has been working diligently to keep you informed by delivering updates as they happen.

Get the facts on COVID-19

On our home page, we've created a special alert banner which serves as a point of reference for COVID-19-related content. All articles are filed according to the date of their release, with easy-to-navigate URLs that link straight to the source. Simply look for the red 'ALERT' banner on our homepage to access these stories.

We also continue to monitor the news, speak with members of the industry, and work around the clock to ensure that if a new report comes in, we have it for you, as soon as possible.
