As previously reported, Club Med recently changed its policies regarding future travel credits.
From now on, customers will hold a unique future travel credit, the total amount of which will be equal to the initially paid value of the package (including the land and air portion).
This harmonization, which will be retroactive to credits already issued, is intended to guarantee customers greater flexibility in using their credit by offering them an additional facility to book to any destination, regardless of the Canadian airline initially booked.
In addition, if the value of the new booking is lower than the amount of the travel credit applied, the client may receive a new credit corresponding to the residual value, applicable for a future Club Med package.
