Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe (GHSF), which owns and manages the Krystal Resorts, Krystal Grand Resorts (Mexico) & the Hilton Puerto Vallarta Resort, has announced the return of representation in Canada by hiring DETM (David Emery Travel Marketing).
GHSF has resorts in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Los Cabos, Ixtapa and Acapulco, that have been popular with Canadian travellers for years. The resorts are located on some of the best beaches in their respective destinations.
In addition, GHSF is affiliated with other brands that many travellers are familiar with such as Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites Hyatt Centric and Hyatt Place.
“We are excited to have representation again in Canada. We love our Canadian guests!" said Laura Pérez Valdés, Commercial Sales Director for GHSF, in a release. "They and their trusted travel agents are such an important part of our success over the years. Having the DETM team back and part of the Krystal Resorts family just strengthens our position as we move into 2021."
"In addition, continuing our long term relationship with our Canadian tour operator partners will make it convenient for travel agents to book their clients at one of our resorts.”
Ms. Pérez Valdés said the brand will be ready to accept Canadian guests when they are comfortable, noting the company's strict "Stay Safe & Clean" COVID-19 protocols.
"We are proud to be the first Mexican hotel chain to adopt these very extensive hygiene and sanitization protocols to protect both our guests and staff. These safety protocols, and the sincere concern for the comfort and safety of guests, just add to the feeling of Mexican hospitality that our guests have appreciated for years," she said.
Dave Emery, owner of DETM, added:
“Sandy Ruel and I are excited to be the Canadian travel community’s first contact for Krystal Resorts, Krystal Grand Resorts and the Hilton Puerto Vallarta. All nine properties that we are representing, in the most popular Mexican resort destinations, offer something unique to those Canadian travellers who are ready to travel this Winter and Spring."
"We know that 2021 is a “rebuilding” year for the travel industry, and we know that our travel agent partners appreciate having local and trusted contacts even more now."
