Pure Salt Orchidarium, an adults-only luxury resort, will open in 2021 on the seafront in the Uvero Alto area, encompassing 125,000 square meters which includes a 320-metre-long beach.

About the hotel

In addition to 250 suites and 11 villas that promise to be "spectacular and spacious", the new resort will include several pools, five themed restaurants, four bars, and a cafe, all in an environment with lots of greenery and an orchid garden as a central meeting point.

Finally, guests can expect to enjoy relaxing spa treatments, practice golf courses, VIP transfer service, and local excursions and event space for up to 350 people.

Pure Salt Luxury Hotels, which already has three such complexes (Pure Salt Garondo, Pure Salt Residences Palma, and Pure Salt Port Adriano), all in Majorca, Spain, will invest $85 million in its fourth hotel. Once complete, the new hotel is expected to create 500 new direct and 700 indirect jobs, according to a government statement.
