Club Med launches V.I.P Lounge by Club Med at Quebec City airport

Club Med has announced its first sponsorship of a North American VIP Lounge, the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB). 

Ahead of the inaugural opening of Club Med’s first North American all-inclusive mountain resort, Québec Charlevoix, the partnership is another measure of the brand’s strong investment in the Canadian market.  

The newly renovated lounge showcases modern designs with bright colours and an amazing view of the airfield and Mont Bélair. 

From the moment guests enter the V.I.P Lounge by Club Med, they will be immersed in a world that highlights the brand’s many sun and ski experiences.

“We are thrilled to offer a premium experience for Club Med guests that extends beyond the resort,” says Vincent Giraud, managing director of Club Med Canada and North American Sales Operations. “Partnering with YQB allows us both to showcase what makes the north a must-visit destination. The V.I.P Lounge by Club Med is an opportunity to showcase both the Québec City region and the Club Med way.”

The VIP Lounge will be open to all passengers. 

Loyal customers from Club Med and from other partner companies will be granted free access to the space , or will be able to access it at preferential rates. 

All other guests can purchase entry to the VIP Lounge via the airport website, aeroportdequebec.com.

Open concept + views 

The remodeled area now features an open concept layout with an extensive view of the landscape outside, allowing more natural light to fill the space. 

Upgraded furniture and furnishings including a fireplace and comfortable chairs will allow guests a chance to relax and unwind before taking flight.

Delicious food and beverage offerings will be provided by Québec catering partner Nourcy. 

For easily accessible personalized service, clients can order from the online menu and have items served directly to them in the VIP Lounge. 

Menus are subject to change based on the season and time of day. A selection of beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages will be offered throughout the day.

As travel continues to resume, the VIP Lounge will open gradually this fall. 

From Nov. 30 to Dec. 20, the lounge will be open daily from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET. From December 21 onward, the lounge will open from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET daily. 

This schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and flight schedules.
