Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) has promoted Sabrina Greca to the role of corporate sales senior manager in the department of charter meetings and incentives, based in Southampton, England.

Greca, who is currently a regional sales and marketing manager, said she was ready for a new adventure.

“After 10 years in more or less the same position, I needed a new challenge. In addition, this relocation will allow me to be closer to my family,” said Ms. Greca, who will be leaving Quebec in January to set sail for England.

In her new role, Greca will represent NCLH's three brands: Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

“I will work on the development of the charter business of the three brands as well as the development of meetings and incentive trips," she said. "I will cover the world outside of North America and Mexico – Europe, South America… the whole world! However, my focus, to start, will be on Europe, Mainly England and Germany.”

Greca, a well-known figure in the industry, has worked for Norwegian Cruise Line for just over ten yeas – since August 2012.

Previously, she worked briefly with the Thomas Cook Group ( as director, products and retail partnerships form 2011-2012). Before that, she worked for Transat Distribution Canada for more than seven years, first as an administrative assistant (2004-2005), a coordinator (2005-2007), then a cruise product manager (2007- 2011).

The rise in rank of Greca at Norwegian comes shortly after the return of Alexandre Bergeron.

Since Oct. 24, Mr. Bergeron has assumed the role of regional sales and marketing director for Eastern Quebec and the Maritimes. (His email is albergeron@ncl.com).

To compensate for the upcoming departure of Sabrina Greca, NCL intends to recruit a second representative in Quebec, in addition to Bergeron.

“Alexandre represents NCL in Eastern Quebec and the Maritimes and the new person will take charge of the western part up to Kingston, Ontario,” said Greca.

She added that Quebec deserves two representatives for Norwegian:

“Quebec is very supportive of Norwegian,” she concluded.
