Carnival extends pause of North American operations to June 27

While Carnival has extended its operational pause in North America until the end of June while cancelling all Carnival Sunrise sailings into the fall, agents are reminded that commissions on fully-paid sailings remain protected.

North American cruises are now scheduled to resume on June 27, 2020, while Carnival Sunrise' seasonal itineraries out of New York have been cancelled this summer and into the fall.

Guests have the option of selecting from two options, a 100 per cent future cruise credit and OBC (based on length of cruise) or a 100 per cent refund.

This letter supersedes any previous offer received, Carnival said, and the cruise line will honour this offer for any guests who were previously booked on these voyages and cancelled their booking on or after March 6, 2020.
