
AmaWaterways has enhanced its onboard culinary offerings, revamping the menu in its signature Chef’s Table Restaurant.
The reinvented Chef’s Table will feature a true tasting menu with three appetizers, a champagne sorbet intermezzo, three main courses and three decadent desserts – serving up a variety of regional specialties and traditional dishes.
At the Chef’s Table - which seats 28 guests per evening - a demonstration kitchen is part of the entertainment as passengers can watch the chef prepare a multi-course dinner. Each course is paired with a hand-selected regional wine.
In addition to the specialty restaurant experience, AmaWaterways features an award-winning main dining room, a selection of tapas in between lunch and dinner, complimentary, unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks with lunch and dinner and sparkling wine with breakfast.
