AmaWaterways has released its 2023 Europe Brochure, offering a look at what it says will be “the most exciting year yet” with many new vacation experiences.

Celebrating its 20-year anniversary, the company continues to introduce more innovative and customizable packages and itineraries, including its Seven River Journeys, Celebration of Classical Music: The Danube cruises and new five-night Majestic Capitals of the Danube cruises.

“While sustainability remains a priority, many guests still enjoy leafing through a beautiful printed brochure, and we are excited to release a limited print edition of the 2023 brochure to make this choice available to them. 2023 is already looking very promising with a variety of new itineraries and land packages providing our guests with even more options to embark upon unforgettable journeys, creating memories that will last a lifetime,” said Kristin Karst, executive vice-president and co-founder of AmaWaterways. “Pairing unique new product offerings with our heartfelt commitment to providing high-quality, personalized experiences, our guests will sail with comfort and confidence, enjoying the most authentic and luxurious river cruise vacation imaginable.”

In 2023, AmaWaterways will debut the longest river cruise experience with its first-ever Seven River Journey itineraries.

These new experiences take guests through 14 countries over 45 or 46 nights during the Spring, Summer and Autumn seasons. (Space is still available on the Autumn Seven River Journey!)

Included in each itinerary are new excursions, exclusive experiences, complimentary laundry and luggage services, exquisite cuisine, AmaWaterways’ signature Sip & Sail cocktail hours and the services of one experienced Cruise Manager that will accompany each select group of 144 travellers throughout their journey.

AmaWaterways has added a new seven-night Celebration of Classical Music: The Danube cruises to its roster of itineraries from Budapest to Vienna.

Classical music enthusiasts can tale in live performances in beautiful locations, such as Austria’s Melk Abbey.

In addition, AmaWaterways is introducing a three-night land package in Kraków, Poland that is available as a pre-cruise land package on the Celebration of Classical Music itinerary or a post-cruise land package on the Majestic Capitals of the Danube itinerary.

The add-on invites guests to extend their river cruise experiences by three days while discovering the UNESCO-designated Wawel Royal Castel, the factory of Oskar Schindler and the hourly call of St. Mary’s bugler.

In addition, guests can visit Auschwitz for a deeply moving and memorable experience.

AmaWaterways is giving travellers even more choices to explore the Danube with its new, 5-night Majestic Capitals of the Danube itinerary.

Whether guests have sailed the Danube previously or are new to the experience, they will have the opportunity to explore three of Europe’s most spectacular capital cities along the river including Budapest, Hungary; Bratislava, Slovakia and Vienna, Austria.

Guests can explore Kraków, Poland with a new pre-cruise land package.

In addition, AmaWaterways is introducing a new post-cruise land package in Salzburg, Austria.

“Whether travellers are interested in a short taste of river cruising, an extended tour of Europe or a classic 7-night river cruise with exceptional pre- and post-cruise land packages, we have 32 itineraries that will surpass the expectations of our guests,” said Karst. “Our new 2023 brochure helps pave the way for an exciting, groundbreaking year ahead and we can’t wait to warmly welcome our guests!”
