AMpm Canada, a destination management company that specializes in project management solutions for travel organizations looking to promote and elevate their brand in the Canadian marketplace, announces the launch of its official website, www.ampmcanada.ca.

With easy-to-navigate design, www.ampmcanada.ca is a dynamic platform for information on AMpm Canada’s B2B services led by company founder Armando Mendonça, a results-driven leader with more than three decades of travel industry experience.

Toronto-based AMpm Canada brings a personalized touch to representing and promoting domestic and foreign travel organizations in Canada, and currently manages special projects for the Vienna Tourist Board in Canada.

“Being at the helm of AMpm Canada, I’m hands on with every request,” says Mendonça, who launched his company in 2014. “Bridging relationships within the travel community is key to a successful marketing campaign. And I’ve built those relationships over 30 years.”

Recent events showcase Vienna

One of Mendonça’s debut projects was a high tea event for travel advisors, airlines, tour operators and media in the café of the Toronto Ritz-Carlton hotel, where participants learned about Vienna tourism while sampling teas and Viennese delights.

Another immersive campaign was Mendonça’s “Vienna Salon,” which invited travel professionals into a Toronto mansion for an evening of Viennese inspiration that marked the 150th anniversary of the Ringstrasse.

“My events, in particular, are about enhancing the experience so partners meet the right people and feel empowered to sell a destination,” said Mendonca

In addition to event planning, AMpm Canada also develops media strategies, trade seminars and familiarization trips and offers video and photography services and client support for travel advisor communities.

Diversity & LGBTQ initiatives

The new website also features a page solely dedicated to diversity and philanthropic initiatives, a community that is near and dear to Mendonça’s heart.

“This industry is my passion and I look forward to the opportunity to establish new partnerships,” Mendonça says.
