At its recent Travel Market 2022 conference held at Resorts World Las Vegas, American Marketing Group (AMG) raised more than $50,000 (USD) for Autism Speaks.
Through its partnership with preferred partners, AMG was able to hold a silent auction for dozens of prizes at the conference’s final gala dinner on October 29, 2022.
“Autism Speaks is a cause that is very near and dear to our hearts and we have been supporting them for years,” said Kathryn Burney-Mazza, chief sales officer. “We are so moved by the tremendous generosity from our preferred suppliers, advisors and staff.”
“We couldn’t be more grateful for the continued support of AMG and its partners,” said Christie Godowski, Autism Speaks’ Senior Regional Director. “The funds raised during the conference will fuel Autism Speaks’ mission to help raise awareness, enhance lives today and accelerate solutions for tomorrow.”
Since its charitable outreach to Autism Speaks started, AMG has supported the organization donating and collaborating with other companies representing close to $500,000 with contributions from advisors, partners, industry association and staff.
More than 800 travel pros gathered in Las Vegas for Travel Market 2022 from Oct. 27-30.
AMG, now celebrating 50 years, is the parent company of brands such as TRAVELSAVERS, NEST and The Affluent Traveller Collection.
Stronger, Bolder, Brighter was the theme of this year’s conference, which welcomed affiliates from the United States and Canada, preferred suppliers and AMG staff, who took advantage of all the opportunities for learning, networking, brainstorming, planning and celebrating.
