Pax Global Media

Sunwing has extended its suspension of all southbound flights to August 31st, according to the latest travel advisory posted on the company's website

Previously, the suspension was set set to expire on August 16th.

Customers with departure dates for flights or vacation packages between March 17th and August 31st are eligible to receive a future travel credit in the value of the original amount paid.

This credit can be redeemed against future travel to anywhere Sunwing Airlines operates for up to two years from your original departure date.

No action needed. Your original booking number will be the code of your future travel credit. Sunwing will communicate formally via the email address we have on file (including group travel bookings). You do not need to contact us.

Travellers that purchased the Sunwing Worry Free Cancellation Waiver can cancel their vacations. More details here. Those with travel insurance not purchased through Sunwing can go to Sunwing My Booking to cancel the trip and make a claim with the insurance provider.
