Sunwing is suspending all southbound flights between March 17th and June 25th.

Customers with departure dates for flights or vacation packages between March 17th and June 25th are eligible to receive a future travel credit in the value of the original amount paid. This credit can be redeemed against future travel for departures up to June 20, 2022 to anywhere Sunwing Airlines operates.

Sunwing asserts that no further action from the customer is needed, as the original booking number will be the code of the future travel credit. Sunwing will communicate formally via the email address on file (including group travel bookings).

In March, Sunwing had issued a flexibility policy for clients who may be reluctant to finalize their vacation plans amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.
