Travelsavers agency owners recently gathered at the Hockley Valley Resort north of Toronto, for a sold out Owners Focus Retreat.
The three-night event offered high-level educational sessions, supplier round table discussions, a charity team building opportunity and peer networking. In addition, owners learned about strategies to maximize profitability and took part in innovative technology discussions.
Keynote speaker Michelle Ray conducted two sessions on leadership – how to work collaboratively and harnessing your own leadership style.
The sold-out event was well attended by 15 preferred suppliers who had the opportunity to meet and network with agency owners throughout the event, Travelsavers said.
An interactive panel discussion was held between suppliers, Travelsavers executives and agency owners, including Nicole Mazza, chief marketing officer; Kathryn Mazza-Burney, executive vice president, sales; and Cathie Lewis Hardy, vice-president, international marketing.
