TravelOnly presented its first-ever TravelOnly Scholarship recently, as George Brown College’s Travel and Tourism program celebrated their graduates at their Student Success and Industry Recognition Awards Ceremony.
TravelOnly President and CEO Gregory Luciani presented the award to Rosanna Contazio, who was the top student in the program.
“Providing opportunities to the best and brightest in our industry is part of who are at TravelOnly,” remarked Luciani, adding that “it was an honour to present Rosanna with her scholarship in front of hundreds of peers and faculty.”
The George Brown program awards a two-year diploma at the completion of the course, where students learn about the exciting and diverse tourism industry with courses in culinary tourism, heritage tourism, sustainable tourism and urban tourism planning.
