The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has released a series of FAQs regarding the issuance of vouchers for travel due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The information was included in TICO’s latest Registrar Bulletin and includes information for agents as well as their clients on the issue, use and conditions of travel vouchers.
The update came after the provincial government amended Ontario’s Travel Industry Act to ease the burden on travel agencies and tour operators.
