In addition, Black Tie Travel Ltd. was charged with acting or holding itself out as being available to act as a travel agent without first being registered as a travel agent by the Registrar contrary to section 4(1) of the said Act.

Ms. Evensen will appear in court at 60 Queen Street West, (Old City Hall) Toronto, Ontario on June 11, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., TICO said.

Black Tie Travel Ltd. was previously registered with TICO but voluntarily terminated its registration on October 31, 2018.
