The Tourism Industry Association of Canada will hold its 2014 Tourism Congress next month, featuring a panel of speakers tackling current industry issues such as technology and loyalty strategies.
The Congress takes place on Nov. 25-26 at the Westin Ottawa Hotel, bringing together tourism industry leaders from across the country.
The Path To Purchase: Moving Target Panel will be held during the Congress at 3 p.m. on Nov. 26, featuring industry experts who will discuss creating value and competitive advantage in an ever-evolving marketplace. Topics will include emerging technology, loyalty strategies and other influencers.
Panel members include Dorothy Dowling of Best Western USA, Brenda Kyllo of CAA, Dennis Morgenstern of Google Canada and Andrew Wiens of TripAdvisor.
Those interested in attending can also take advantage of an extended booking deadline of Nov. 3 for a block of rooms reserved for the congress, available for delegates at a special rate of $215 plus applicable taxes.
